At Euphoria Essence Clean Ltd., we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible to accommodate our clients. However, to ensure that we can maintain the highest level of service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Notice Requirements

  • All Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a standard cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. Late Cancellations

  • All Services: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If our cleaning team arrives at your location and is unable to gain access (e.g., no one is home, or entry is not possible), this will be considered a "No-Show." In such cases, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us directly by email at support@euphoriaessence.ca . Cancellations or rescheduling requests received outside of business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

5. Refunds

  • Eligible Refunds: If you cancel your service within the required notice period, any pre-paid amount will be refunded in full or credited towards your next service, depending on your preference.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Cancellation fees or charges for late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

6. Right to Waive Fees

  • Euphoria Essence Clean Ltd. reserves the right to waive any cancellation fees at our sole discretion in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

7. Changes to Cancellation Policy

  • We may update this cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. The updated policy will apply to all bookings made after the effective date of the policy change.
